Hello!  We provide personalized, mindful, family oriented breastfeeding and lactation support, and cranial sacral therapy, in Central Kentucky.  As the longest standing private practice in the area, we have assisted thousands of families to reach their breastfeeding goals, and have extensive training and experience in tethered oral tissues, low supply, NICU babies, twins, birth trauma, and complicated situations.  We support families in direct breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding.  Our office is peaceful and homey, and we also provide home visits and telehealth.  Our twice monthly New Mom Circle is free and provides an opportunity for support and learning.  We would love to support your family on your feeding journey!
