I am a Certified Lactation Counselor here to serve you in all of your human lactation and baby feeding needs for the full spectrum of milk making from pregnancy through weaning. My role is to work with you on education, goal setting, troubleshooting, coaching and counseling you through all of your lactation and baby feeding needs using evidence based information focusing on lactation as a biological norm and working with you on how that may fit (or not) into the expectations of parenthood in our society. I come to this practice with a passion for helping families, years of personal experience and a background in coaching, advising and counseling. Available for office, home, or virtual visits. I provide in person care in the Capital District of Albany, New York and surrounding areas.
