Stephanie is a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), which is the gold standard for lactation and infant feeding support. She is currently practicing in and around Lakeland, FL through her private practice GROW Lakeland, LLC.

She first started working with families in 2017 as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and postpartum doula, and quickly realized that supporting families was her professional calling. The road to IBCLC is long and challenging, but she aced the board exam in 2022 and launched GROW in 2023.

Shortly after passing her board exam, she jumped straight into advanced training programs for oral function & ties, bottle refusal, and Infant Reflexes to better support local families dealing with the most difficult feeding challenges.
